Initial enrollment is from March 17th to May 23rd. Open enrollment begins May 24th. Enrollments for the first 4 Sessions should be received no later than May 24th. The regular school day is from 8:00-3:00. Students may be dropped off as early as 7:30. Aftercare is from 3:00 to 5:30. The charge is $5.00 extra per week for 3 day students and $10.00 a week for 5 day students. (To be paid at the beginning of the week.) Lunch is $5.00 extra per week. (To be paid at the beginning of the week.) Payment for all sessions checked at left is due at the beginning of that week. Every session must be paid at full session price; sessions may not be broken into daily segments, even if child does not attend all day or every day of session.

Educational Affiliations Arkansas Quality Approval St. Luke's has applied for and is in the process of making the school a quality site using ECCERS guidelines and standards exceeding DHS minimums.
St. Luke's is in the process of accreditations with NAIS, ISACS, and SAES. NAIS www.nais.org The National Association of Independent Schools has a membership of 1000+ schools in the U.S. and overseas and is located in Washington, D.C. Via research, standing committees, periodic publications, and conferences, NAIS provides assistance to member schools.
ISACS www.isacs.org The Independent Schools Association of the Central States is a regional affiliate of NAIS. The association offers meetings for school heads, an annual conference for administrators and faculty, a variety of workshops, and a web site filled with current educational research and information. ISACS evaluates its member schools once every seven to ten years with a visitation and in between by periodic reports. SAES www.swaes.org The Southwestern Association of Episcopal Schools is an association of Episcopal Schools in the dioceses of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico and other states, which wish to associate themselves with the principles and objectives of this organization, in an educational confederation dedicated to promoting Episcopal education through the schools of the church.
